THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 6006 OF 2011 ORDER :
A perusal of the proceeding sheet goes to suggest that on two occasions i.e. on 06-10-2017 and 20-10-2017, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the case is posted to today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. In spite of posting the petition for dismissal, none appeared for the petitioner which clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
