,..RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare, the impugned action of the respondents not considering the case for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher, ( Telugu Medium ) in Agency Area, pursuant TRT Notification 5312017, as per his merit and marks in existing unfilled vacancies which arose consequent on 4 candidates not willing 'l candidate of not joining, as per merit since, petitioner is the next meritorious candidate, which is clearly, illegal, unjust while considering and appointing other candidates, despite availability of vacancies and not considering petitioner case for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher, which is clearly illegal arbitrary discriminatory and unjust.

THE HONOURABLE SMT.JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI WRIT PETITION NO.338LO OF 2022 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking consideration of his representations dt.13.2.2O2? 14.2.2022 and 16.2.2022, made to the respondents herein for consideration of his case for appointment to the post of ) i Secondary Grade Teacher (Telugu Medium) 1n Agency Area ( \ against the existing unfilled vacancies for selected candidates where four selected candidates were not willing and one of the candidate did not join. It is submitted that there are five (5) vacancies and though the petitioner is an eligible candidate and the petitioner has made severa-l representations to the authorities, they failed to consider the representations. The learned Government Pleader for Services-I is also heard.

L) Having regard to the fact that several representations .) have been made by the petitioner and the same have not been considered by the respondents, this court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondents to consider the representations

of the petitioner within a period of FOUR (4) weeks from the clate of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

The Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
