This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.25 of 2018 from the Court of Additional Family Judge, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the Court of Family Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to be heard and decided along with F.C.O.P. No.171 of 2018.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in F.C.O.P. No.25 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Additional Family Judge, Visakhapatnam, on each and every date of adjournment. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner has engaged a counsel in F.C.O.P. No.25 of 2018.

Taking into consideration the nature of employment of the petitioner, the presence of the petitioner is dispensed with before the Court of Additional Family Judge, Visakhapatnam in F.C.O.P. No.25 of 2018 on each and every date of adjournment. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam as and when his presence is so required in F.C.O.P. No.25 of 2018.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
