This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.110 of of Dowaleswaram Police Station, Rajahmundry Urban, East Godavari District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that Police filed charge sheet and the C.C., is posted for examination of witnesses, and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
