THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.1036 of 2017 ORDER:

The respondents passed G.O.Rt.No.622 dated 07.10.2017 and stated that the petitioner under suspension for a period from October, 2011 to April, 2007 and not in duty. In view of the same, the matter becomes infructuous and the cause of action in the Writ Petition does not survive and no further orders required in this matter, thereby, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The respondents have liberty to question the same in G.O.Rt.No.622 dated 07.10.2017.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
