HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.570 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging nonimplementation of the order in WPMP.No.10932 of 2016 in W.P.No.8623 of 2016 dated 17.03.2016.

The said order was set aside by the Division Bench. But, however, the matter was taken to the Supreme Court. Merely because the matter was taken to the Supreme Court, the present Contempt Case, arising out of an order which was set aside by the Division Bench, cannot be maintained. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
