This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner impugning the action of the 1st respondent in granting 33 years lease of endowed property, vide G.O.Ms.No.1535, Revenue (Endts.II) Department, dated 20.12.2008; and, a consequential direction was sought to set aside the said G.O. 2, At the hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent - temple, on instructions, would submit that the respondents have taken a decision not to take any action pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.1535, dated 20.12.2008, and that in that view of the matter, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent - temple, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
