HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 14439 of 2003 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not paying salaries to the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

A perusal of the docket sheet discloses that this Court granted interim orders on 11.08.2003 directing respondents to pay salaries to the petitioners for the month of July, 2003 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of that order and continue to pay from August, 2003 onwards. In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
