This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1192 of 2009 pending against the petitioner on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submit, that the 2nd respondent de facto complainant has withdrawn the complaint and hence, no cause survives for adjudication in the present petition. Taking note of the above submission made by the petitioner's counsel, the criminal petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous.
