THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1876 OF 2O2L ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Perused the record. This CRP is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem to dispose of E.P.No.13 of 20 18 in C.S.No.66 of 2015 (O.S.No.66 of 2015) at / the earliest possible by fixing a time frame. I l I 2.

As per the averments in the CRP and the material papers available on record, the suit was decreed on 05.01.2017, thereafter the execution petition is filed. The apprehension of the petitioner is that to defeat the interests of the revision petitioner, the judgment debtor is likely to dispose of the property. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petition, nature and status of the litigation, I find some justification in the request of the petitioner.

In the result, this CRP is allowed, learned Principal Senior Civil Judge at Kothagudem is hereby directed to dispose of E.P.No.13 of 2018 in C.S.No.66 of 2015 at the earliest

possible not beyond six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Both the parties shall co-operate with the Court below / execution Court for expeditious disposal, as directed by this Court. In the circumstances of the case, the parties shall bear their respective costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this CRP, shall stand closed.
