While this Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the accused to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.126 of 2013 of Tandur Police Station, Adilabad District, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing the letter dated 31-5-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tandur Police Station, would submit that the investigation was completed, Charge Sheet was already filed and the case was registered as C.C.No.90 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bellampalli and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous. No representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
