The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the notices issued by the respondents under Rule 52 (3) of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, dated 08-072005, notice bearing E.P.No.362/05-06 of the 1st respondent, dated 0807-2005 as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the "No Due Certificate" issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Chittamuru PACS attested by Deputy Registrar, Officer on Special Duty, SPSR Nellore District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Nellore, dated 0610-2015, wherein it is stated that the LT loan 160/Fish Pond Rs.1,36,858/- was paid by the Kamireddy Chandra Reddy, S/o Kasturi Reddy on 30-03-2014 towards E.P.No.362/2005-06. In view of the No Due Certificate issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Chittamuru PACS, this court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel
