THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20260 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard Mr. Koka Satyanarayana Rao for petitioners and Mr. B.G. Ravinder for third respondent.

2. The petitioners challenge the final notification published in Part I Extraordinary issue of A.P. Gazette No.582 dated 14.10.2008 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. Counsel appearing for parties submit that the issue arises under the Employees State Insurance Act and the prayer is similar to the prayers in WP.No.6363 of 2009 and batch. By common order dated 06.10.2015 the batch was dismissed by recording the following findings: "In the light of the above factual matrix and the legal precedents, no case is made out by the writ petitioners warranting interference with the impugned G.O., by exercising the power of judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, all the writ petitions are dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to file applications for exemption as per the provisions of the Act. Since they stated that they have provided the required medical facilities it is for competent authority to deal the same as per law." The instant writ petition is disposed of in the terms and by granting liberty as in order dated 06.10.2015 in WP.No.6363 of 2009 and batch. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
