The petitioner, who is the accused in Cr.No.101 of 2015 of Palakoderu Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 188, 427 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 109 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. Since the offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature, this criminal petition for grant of anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
