THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.14099 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proposals of the fourth respondent dated 05.06.2004 and the consequential Proceedings No.239/P2/2003, dated 04.08.2004 of the third respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.39 dated 03.05.2002 and consequently direct the respondents herein not to shift/depute the petitioners to any school. The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
