CVNR, J & GSP, J CRP.No.4275 of 2016 Dt:13.10.2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by the interlocutory order, dated 23.04.2016, passed by the sole Arbitrator in I.A.No.3 of 2016 in Arbitration Application No.1 of 2016, the petitioner before the Arbitrator has filed this Civil Revision Petition under Article-227 of the Constitution of India.

At the hearing, Mr. Mohd. Azeemuddin Forroqui, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that after the filing of the Civil Revision Petition, the Arbitrator has passed the award in the Arbitration Application.

In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication. The petitioner is, however, permitted to raise all the grounds which have been raised in this Civil Revision Petition in the O.P. that may be filed by it before the competent Court of civil jurisdiction questioning the arbitral award. Subject to the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.5571 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
