The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7 and the respondent No.2defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.Nos.11 & 12 of 2018 in Crl.P.No.7309 of 2017 and I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 in Crl.P.No.6985 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in crime No.161 of of Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 313, 307, 420, 506 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably including the matrimonial disputes to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.11 & 12 of 2018 in Crl.P.No.7309 of 2017 and I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 in Crl.P.No.6985 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petitions are allowed and the proceedings in crime No.

161 of 2017 of Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.
