Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.

Both the learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader state that the issued raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.10.07.2015 in WP.No.25293 of 2014 and batch. No doubt, the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture states that an appeal was preferred against the said order, and it is pending.

3. Since there is no suspension or stay of the said order, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order dt.10.07.2015 in WP.No.25293 of 2014 and batch. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
