Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the cell tower erected at D.No.23-74, Surya Public School, Shanthi Nagar, Kondapalli village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Krishna District has been removed and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, as such, the writ petition becomes infructuous. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted on 28.06.2011 in WPMP No.21434 of 2011 shall stand vacated.
