THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE G. ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1757 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.740 of 2013 on the file of S.H.O, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 471, 447, 448, 506, 120(B) r/w Section 34 of I.P.C.

On verifying the e-courts case status, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the above crime was registered as Calendar Case No. 102235 of 2018 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XXI Metropolitan Magistrate Judge, Cyberabad at Medchal and the same was disposed of on 12.03.2022 in terms of the memorandum of compromise.

Since the C.C. itself is disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal petition, which is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
