This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Cr.p.C.), is filed by the petitioner-accused No,1 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.82 6 of 2Ol5 on the hle of learned IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Waranagal, registered for the offences under Section 448, 427,341 and 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 1pCJ.

As seen from the record, the Crime is of the year 2Ol3 and the Charge sheet was hled in the year 2015. No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was filed earlier. The status in the trial Court is not known. 3.

I do not find ary reason to keep this criminal petition pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellareous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
