This writ petition is filed complaining about non-implementation of the order passed earlier in W.P.No.22345 of 2010 dated 02.04.2014. The relief, sought in this writ petition to enforce the order passed in the earlier writ petition, cannot be granted since the remedy is elsewhere.

In view of the same, Sri T. Rajinikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted, and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps as available to him under law. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
