HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3237 of 2015 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the inaction of the learned District Judge, Nalgonda District, for disposal of A.O.P.No.418 of 2013.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the Arbitration O.P. was numbered in the year 2013 under the provisions of the National High Ways Act, 1956, the same is not being disposed of and time is extended from time to time for filing counter.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record.

4. As the Arbitration O.P. is of the year 2013, we are not inclined to issue any direction fixing time-frame for disposal of the said A.O.P. At the same time, we are sure that without adjourning the matter any further for filing counter, the learned District Judge would dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Subject to the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
