HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 12299 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in disengaging his services and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 27.06.2003, directing the respondents that the services of the petitioner shall not be disengaged before his juniors are disengaged, in the same cadre and by virtue of interim orders, the petitioner is continuing in service. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC has not disputed the same.

In view of the same, this court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
