There was no representation for the appellants on 27.03.2017, 18.04.2017 & 22.12.2017. Hence, this Court directed that the Appeal Suit be listed on 04.01.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 22.01.2018 under the said caption, there was no representation for the appellants. Even on this day, there was no representation for the appellants. It indicates that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. 2.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
