The issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered the decision of this Court in WP No.22498 of 2016, dated 15-07-2016, wherein this Court directed the respondents therein to entertain the documents presented in respect of the lands therein if the same is in order and as per the provisions of the India Stamps and Registration Act and the Rules made thereunder as the proceedings dated 03-032015 issued by the Tahasildar, Tirupati Urban to the Sub-Registrar, Renigunta, not to entertain the registration relating to Setipalli Revenue Village of Tirupati Urban Mandal, was set aside in WP No.13499 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in this case also the 4th respondent-Sub-Registrar, Renigunta, is not entertaining the documents presented for registration in the view of the proceedings dated 03-03-2015 of the 5th respondent-Tahsildar, Tirupati Urban mandal, which is already set aside by this Court in WP no.13499 of 2016. Learned counsel further states that this matter is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court WP No.22498 of 2016.

This submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is not disputed by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of following the order and for the reasons stated in WP No.22498 of 2016, dated 15-072016. A copy of the order passed in WP No.22498 of 2016, dated 1507-2016, be annexed with this order. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall also stand disposed of.
