HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.808 of 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking a direction against Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy to dispose HMOP No.33 of 2016 at an early date as the petitioner is a hearing and speech impaired person and the respondent is not allowing to consummate the marriage and therefore, sought a direction against Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy.

He further contended that the matter is being adjourned without any reasonable ground and that the matter has to be decided within six months.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
