THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.22989 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondentMunicipal Corporation. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he submitted representation on 07.05.2018 to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 against the illegal construction made by the respondent No.4, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation, that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, as per law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to verify the representation, dated 07.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, as per law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notices to all the stake-holders.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
