Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim to be the prospective vendees of open Plot No.100/1 admeasuring 150 sq. yards in Survey No.883 of Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, having paid full sale consideration. They allege that after drafting the deed of conveyance and signing the same, when they presented the said document for registration before the Sub-Registrar after paying the requisite stamp duty, the Sub-Registrar refused to receive and process the same causing hardship to the petitioners. 3.

The document is filed as Ex.P1 and proof of payment of stamp duty is filed as Ex.P2 at page Nos.11 and 18, respectively. 4.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Registrar to receive the document presented by the petitioners and process the same in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. If the Sub-Registrar refuses to register the document presented before him, he shall assign due reasons in support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.
