THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27779 of 2013 ORDER:
During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner placed on record the letter, dated 03.12.2013, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and another letter, dated 03.12.2013, addressed to the counsel for the petitioner. From the perusal of the said two letters, it is evident that the petitioner addressed a letter, dated 03.12.2019, to the counsel stating that the matter between the petitioner and the 5th respondent is settled before the elders out side the Court, as such, he is willing to withdraw the writ petition as not pressed and in the letter, dated 03.12.2019, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, the petitioner has instructed his counsel through a letter sent on whatsapp message to withdraw the writ petition. The said letters are received and placed on record.
In the light of the letters addressed to the learned counsel for the petitioner and to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
