Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the civil Court against the alleged interference by the respondents 2 and 3 over the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property.

Granting the said liberty, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
