HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.26050 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.4 in not considering the application of the petitioners dated 06-04-2016 for surveying the land admeasuring Ac.32-60 cents situated in T.S.No.11/2, A/2 B of Akkarampalli Village, Tirupathi Urban Mandal, Chittoor District and to fix the boundaries in accordance with the documents submitted by the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions saying that the land claimed by the petitioners for survey is covered by Sy.No.11/2A/2B of Akkarampalle Village, Tirupathi Urban Mandal, Chittoor District. But as per village accounts, there is no Survey No.11/2A/2B as contended by the petitioner. The land in Sy.No.11/2A is there with an extent of Ac.26-10 cents, which is a government land classified as un-assessed waste land as per village accounts of Akkarampalle village. There is no piece of vacant land available in Sy.No.11/2A of Akkarampalle village.

Since no orders are passed on the application of the petitioners, it is for the competent authority to pass orders on the application of the petitioners dated 06-04-2016 in accordance with law after taking the above facts into account and communicate the same to the petitioners, so that the petitioners may challenge the same.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
