THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO Criminal Petition No.7553 of 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition is moved by accused 2 to 5 in C.C.No.97 of 2013 pending on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class -cum- Special Mobile Court, Vizianagaram, for quashing the said criminal case. The 2nd respondent herein is the defacto complainant. Heard Sri Josyula Bhaskara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. T.V.Sridevi, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and the learned Public Prosecutor.

The learned counsel on either side would inform that the differences and disputes between the parties have been amicably settled out of court due the intervention of the elders and the advice tendered by the well-wishers of both sides. Therefore, the defacto complainant, who is present in the Court, also would suggest that she will not be pressing the case insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned and that she has no objection if this petition is allowed. Recording the submission of all the counsel, particularly that of the defacto complainant, the criminal petition is allowed quashing C.C.No.97 of 2013 pending on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class -cum- Special Mobile Court, Vizianagaram, insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned. __________________________ NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.
