OFFICE NOTE 13.09.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This is an application filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to modify the order passed by this Court on 01.09.2022 in Crl.Petition No.7612 of 2022 by reducing the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner/Accused in connection with Crime No.959 of 2022 on the file of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad for the offence under Section 363 of Indian Penal Code, to that of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the bail was granted on 01.09.2022, the petitioner is languishing in jail and he has no resources to give the surety amount, in the said circumstances, learned counsel seeks reduction of the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.10,000/-.

In the said circumstances, for the reason of the petitioner/Accused languishing in jail, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

With this modification, I.A. is ordered.
