O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that though no crime is registered against him, 3rd respondent - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Puttaparthy Rural Police Station, Puttaparthy, Anantapuram District, is calling him every day to the police and interfering with civil dispute. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, denied the allegations of the petitioner.

The 3rd respondent is present before the court. He stated that he never called the petitioner to the police station and that he came to know about the allegations only after filing of the writ petition and that when he sought to verify the allegations, the whereabouts of the petitioner are not known and the house of the petitioner was also found to be looked. Therefore, he denied the allegations of the petitioner.

Recording the above statement of the 3rd respondent, writ petition is disposed of.
