Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent Civil Court in order to procure succession certificate.

In view of the above said submission, permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to approach competent Civil Court to obtain succession certificate. It is needless to say that any amounts, which are disbursed, shall be subject to the succession certificate likely to be issued by the competent Civil Court. No order as to costs.
