ORDER:

The report submitted by the Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam shows that the delay in disposal of the Suit is also because the counsel for the revision petitioner was also not ready to proceed with the trial of the Suit. While it would be wholly inappropriate for this Court to fix a time frame for the Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam to dispose of the Suit, I have no reason to doubt that, since the Suit relates to the year 2007 and has been pending on the file of the Court below for nearly 8 years, the Suit would be decided with utmost expedition.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of. No costs. ______________________________ (RAMESH RANGANATHAN, J) Date:14.08.2015.
