This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 30.06.2016 passed in I.A. (C.F.R.) No.4385 of 2016 in O.S.No.6 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
