THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23048 of 2018 ORDER:
According to the petitioner, she submitted a representation to the Deputy Commissioner (Circle-IV(A), South Zone, GHMC, Hyderabad-fourth respondent herein, complaining against the encroachment, said to have been made by the seventh respondent herein, on 11.12.2017, and also got issued a legal notice on 14.05.2018, but no action has been taken so far despite lapse of considerable length of time. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the fourth respondent herein to verify the representation/complaint, dated 11.12.2017, and the legal notice, dated 14.05.2018, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
