CVNR,J & JUD,J W.P.No.20060 of 2017 22.06.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the alleged detenu viz., Jagadeesh. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.Chetluru Sreenivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the alleged detenu has been released and that therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
