O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Sri A.Sampath Prabhakar Rerddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents, submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.37810 of 2015 dated 19.04.2016, and hence the same may be allowed in terms of the said order.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and for the reasons alike recorded in W.P.No.37810 of 2015 dated 19.04.2016, the impugned proceedings in Lr.No.3/C1/16466/2019 dated 30.09.2009, is set aside and the respondents / competent authority is directed to consider the building permission application of the petitioner dated 20.09.2019 on its own merits and in accordance with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder.
The writ petition is according allowed to the extent indicated above. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
