Heard.

The petitioner herein complains of inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in investigating Cr.No.169 of 2014 of Nizamsagar Police Station.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 3rd respondent, which state that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.169 of 2014 was registered on 0511-2014 and took up investigation. After completion of investigation, final report, dated 06-12-2014 is also filed before competent criminal Court.

Since the final report is said to have been filed before competent criminal court, the 3rd respondent shall serve copy of final report on the petitioner. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the final report, he will get an opportunity to file protest petition. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file protest petition and make his submissions before competent criminal court, if he is aggrieved by the final report. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
