Petitioners' grievance is that their representations dt.31.05.2018 made to 3rd respondent for passing supplementary award for enhancement of compensation has not been disposed of by the 3rd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for 3rd respondent states that 3rd respondent will dispose of the same within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate it to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representations dt.31.05.2018 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
