Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not considering the applications dated 17.09.2016 and 08.11.2016 made by the petitioners for giving separate sub-division survey numbers to the petitioners' land in Survey No.414 of Thimmapur Village, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District, by conducting survey and by completing necessary corrections to the records, as illegal and arbitrary'. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider his applications. 5.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to deal with the

representations dated 17.09.2016 and 08.11.2016 submitted by the petitioners seeking survey of land in question, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
