CVNR, J. & KVL, J.

wa_1483_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against common order dated 28-04-2017 to the extent it relates to W.P.No. 16282 of 2017.

2.

At the hearing, learned counsel, representing learned Advocate General (T.S.) appearing for the appellants, submitted that the Writ Petition was allowed by the learned single judge even before a counter affidavit is filed and that in a similar situation, this Court allowed W.A.No. 814 of 2017 by order dated 01-08-2017 filed by the appellants and restored W.P.No. 7863 of 2017 to file with the direction to the Registry to post the same along with W.P.No. 27211 of 2014 for being heard together by the learned single judge. Sri G.Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel for the respondents, has not disputed that this case is also similar to W.A.No. 814 of 2017.

3.

In the light of the above, the order under appeal is set aside. W.P.No. 16282 of 2017 is restored to file. The Registry shall post the said Writ Petition along with W.P.Nos. 7863 of 2017 and 27211 of 2014 for being heard together by the learned single judge. The Writ Appeal is accordingly allowed. 4.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.No. 2754 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
