There are no grounds to transfer the case, but for in disposal of the transfer petition with the observation that the learned trial Judge shall dispose of the case uninfluenced by any filing of this transfer petition or making of the allegations as judicial decisions always requires an impartial disposal.

Accordingly and in the result, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
