HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos. 32874, 32919, 32929 and 32966 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Considering the grievance of the petitioners, who claim to be Chair Persons/Members of the Child Welfare Committee and Social Worker Members of Juvenile Justice Board, that their remuneration is not being paid in terms of G.O.Rt.No.9 dated 12.02.2014, liberty is given to them to approach respondent Nos.2 and 3 espousing their grievance and, as and when such representations are made, respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
