In view of letter, dated 11.10.2018, filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Labour Court to avail the alternative remedy, permission is accorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail the alternative remedy available under the Industrial Disputes Act. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
