Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on committal, P.R.C.No.13 of 2014 is assigned S.C.No.158 of 2016 on the file of the of the Additional Sessions Judge, Adoni, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
