HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18400 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that in pursuance to the orders dated 19.05.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16488 and 16490 of 2016, the petitioner filed representation dated 27.05.2016 to the 5th respondent. But the 5th respondent without passing any orders on the same is trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation submits that as on today there is no threat of dispossession and the representation filed by the petitioner on 27.05.2016 will be disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 27.05.2016. Till then, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps including dispossession of the petitioner from the subject land. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
